The front door of this cottage opens into a hallway with space for dropping off shoes, buckets and spades. To your right is the well-appointed kitchen with everything you may need for creating delicious family meals including a Range-style oven and gas hob, a second electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. From the hallway, a door leads into the lounge/diner where a sofa and two armchairs offer a comfortable place to catch up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV which has Netflix and SkyTV sports and cinema. A dining table and four chairs provide the perfect place for relaxed family mealtimes. From the lounge/diner head into the conservatory which overlooks the rear garden and enjoys the afternoon sun all year round.
