Loquat Cottage is a perfect place to stay if exploring Arundel, the centre of which is only a few minutes walk away, and the local area and coast. The Castle and Wetlands Centre are musts but visitors need to allow plenty of time for each. The cottage itself was very clean, quiet, warm and well equipped. For us the furniture left a bit to be desired especially the seats in the sitting room. The location was super and easy access to everything we wanted. The dining a bit morbid a spashof paint and some more lights . Fay Evans

Lovely property on quiet street within close walking distance of the centre of Arundel. On street parking was never a problem with spaces available outside or at the top of the road. A wonderful cottage, well equipped and very clean! The garden was a lovely spot with a sweet little seating area. Beds were comfortable and the cottage is so well placed for walking into Arundel. Quiet street but close enough to routes to get easily around the area. We loved our stay at Loquat Cottage and would happily return in the future.
