The cottage is located at an excellent location. We could walk to the beach promenade, shops and restaurants in just few minutes. It is also very close to most of the places of interests. The interior of the cottage is tastefully decorated and very well equipped combining character with modern equipment. It has two shower rooms and a separate toileRead moret, so it is adequate for five of us. We applied for a weekly parking permit from the Hastings council so we could use some of the council car parks in the area. It is not cheap but a common problem of being so central in a seaside town I guess. My family has thoroughly enjoyed our stay and my children were able to have more flexibility of going out to shop for the local chocolate or getting coffee themselves as all are just within walkable distance. Lovely cottage in perfect location with bags of character. Bedrooms very comfortable. If weather is cold you will need a supply of logs to remain comfortable in living area. We had a great Christmas holiday with family in the cottage

Nicely decorated and central old town location. Great baby/dog gates, great quality travel cot. Would be better for a smaller number of occupants and older children as quite small spaces. Good communication with owners, very helpful. Clean and tidy, well equipped.

What a great property and a fabulous location! My husband and I took a break with our parents and the property was perfect for everyone; very homely for an evening relaxing and perfectly located to all the Old Town restaurants and pubs (which are great). We'll be back.

I stayed at this lovely cottage in Hastings with my family to celebrate my 21st birthday, and it was an amazing experience! We felt at home right away and trulRead morey enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway! Hide

A pack would have been very useful. To let us know what todo with black rubbish sacks, how to use the tvs and hooks ,no where to hang a jacket, handbag,or even dressing gown in the double room, middle floor. Didn't know if we needed to strip the beds on leaving day . And where to park when the obvious carparks were full.

Cottage was nice. A little cramped downstairs when cooking and eating as a family. Bedrooms were lovely and spacious. Right on the seafront.
