All within 20 miles are the historical city of Chichester, which is home to the cathedral, Arundel Castle and Petworth House, where you'll find one of the finest National Trust art collections. Enter the cosy lounge, which is the heart of the home and has comfortable seating arranged around a Smart TV and electric flame-effect fire, perfect for cosying up on a chilly evening. From the lounge, head into the well-equipped kitchen which has a table and chairs and everything you will need for whipping up delicious family meal before sitting down to dine in the adjoining conservatory, which has large dining table with seating for six, comfortable seating and a Smart TV which include SKY cinema Sports and NETFLIX. A door from the conservatory leads out into the garden. The first of the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor, just off the lounge, comprising of a 4ft orthopaedic double bed with adjustable settings, a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room. From the lounge, there is a small hallway with a desk and chair and stairs that lead up to the first floor. There are two further bedrooms on the first floor: a king-size and a twin room, both of which have Smart TVs. These two rooms share the family bathroom, and the washing machine is also located on this floor.
Heading outside, there is a fully enclosed courtyard garden which acts as a sun trap for most of the day. With an outside dining table and six chairs, alongside two recliner chairs, this is the perfect space to enjoy outside entertaining, or just relax with a good book and soak up the sunshine.
