This property is conveniently located slightly to the north of Eastbourne town centre on a road heading into the town and within walking distance of the local pub and restaurant. The apartment is ideally suited for keen walkers who can enjoy local walks across the surrounding area which has some of the country’s most iconic scenery, including the vistas of Beachy Head and the South Downs National Park. The town centre is just a short walk away from the property and offers a wider range of shops, as well as attractions including the interesting Lifeboat Museum, and the well-known Congress Theatre and Towner Art Gallery. Heading slightly further afield, families will enjoy days out visiting nearby Knockhatch Centre and Drusillas Zoo.

This apartment has its own entrance, which opens onto a pleasant hallway with hanging space for coats and dropping off sandy shoes. Head upstairs to the first floor where there is a spacious hall where all the rooms are accessed from. Move into the tastefully finished lounge/diner, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy time together with your loved ones. Rustle up some homecooked meals at the dining table with seating for four before curling up on the large comfy sofa or on one of the two armchairs which are arranged around the attractive feature fireplace - put on the TV and unwind before the days ahead. The kitchen is located down three steps and is well-equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washer/dryer. There are also a couple of chairs on which to enjoy a morning coffee or chat over a glass of wine. When you are ready for bed, there are two bedrooms, one double with a TV, and a twin.

A small set of steps leads up to the bathroom located off the main hallway where you can look forward to sinking into the roll-top bath for a long hot soak, plus there is a separate shower and WC. The is also a further separate WC. Outside, there is private parking for one car.

The Apartment was spotless and spacious. We had a welcome pack of milk, bread, butter, jam and millionaires shortbread which was very much appreciated. There was all the information you needed in folder and the owners were nearby for queries. Very comfortable beds and fabulous bathroom. At first sight not impressive but open the door and everything was spot on!! The appartment is roomy and had been thoughtfully equipped ,a real home from home!!! A perfect base for exp[oring all the interesting places around and then back to relax.

The Apartment was a great place to stay. The layout is really good, and you feel very 'at home' as soon as you arrive. The location is really good, as you aren't too far from anything 'Eastbourne' in the car, and although we didn't make use of it, there is a bus stop right outside the house. Although we were out and about, we were also at The ApartRead morement enough to enjoy just being there because it was nice enough just to 'live in'. Hide

The front door was hard to unlock and lock, did not feel secure. No light at door when coming in at night. The apartment was very roomy and furniture and decor was really nice. Kitchen was well equipped and bread and milk being supplied was a nice touch.

A large apartment with a light and airy feel. M&S grocery (bread, butter, coffee, tea bags, marmalade, milk) waiting for us with a very tasty cake.. Having a car parking space outside the holiday home a bonus.

Very comfortable flat with all amenities that you want. Well equipped kitchen Very welcome pack of M&S tea, coffee, bread, butter, marmalade and milk. More than was expecting. Have stayed in many holiday cottages/flats with different companies over 10 years. This has been the best and highly recommended.

A beautiful property, tastefully furnished, clean and comfortable. Large, spacious rooms were light filled and the view of the tree tops from the sitting room was so restful. A well equipped kitchen ensured you can cater for yourself, if required. Tea, coffee, milk and a treat in the form of chocolate cake was well received by us after the journey Read moredown. Property was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. There was milk, bread , tea, coffee and cake waiting for on arrival which was much appreciated. Bus stop around the corner from property with good links to the town centre.

Overall a good sized, well equipped apartment. A bonus not having to take washing up products etc as all supplied, along with tea, coffee etc. All were greatly appreciated....especially the chocolate cake :-) Great location for exploring Eastbourne and the surrounding areas.......there's loads to do! Amazing apartment with so much space. Great shower with good pressure. Welcome goodies was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. The owners were very approachable and happy to help. The brochure left in the living room was very comprehensive. Bus stop to town was close to the apartment however also easy to walk - about 30 minutes.

It was a lovely comfortable stay and we would recommend it. Really good location with easy access to a number of places to visit. A real bonus to have parking right outside especially with the changeable weather.

The apartment is in great condition and well located in a nice part of Eastbourne with an easy walk to the train station and the centre of town. Plenty space to park the car off the main road. Would highly recommend it and the owners are very attentive.
