This property is located to the east of Eastbourne town centre, within the town’s Sovereign Harbour development. The seafront is just a few moments away, with the wide shingle beach which stretches all the way up to the town’s main beach, some two miles along the esplanade. Sovereign Harbour is a popular leisure complex offering a number of restaurants, bars, and a cinema, making it an excellent choice for those who like to eat out whilst on holiday. In the main town centre, visitors will find a large choice of shops, as well as the town’s Victorian harbour which was painstakingly restored after a fire in 2014. Other attractions nearby include the South Downs, Beachy Head, and a lifeboat museum.

A lift brings guests up to the front door of this third-floor apartment, where guests will find the comfortable lounge/diner: a delightfully light-filled space, thanks to the large windows and patio doors which lead out to the balcony. The spectacular views to the sea can be enjoyed from the sofa, armchairs, and pull-out dining table, as can the TV/DVD and CD player. The separate kitchen, though modest in size, is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer. The property has two bedrooms, the first of which is a double room which benefits from an en-suite shower room with a separate shower cubicle and WC. The second bedroom, meanwhile, is a pleasant twin room. The spacious main bathroom offers a bath, sink and WC.

Two sets of patio doors in the lounge open onto a spacious wraparound balcony, which offers garden furniture and offers unobstructed sea views. There is unrestricted roadside parking near the property, as well as some visitor spaces within the complex which are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

This apartment is in a brilliant location it has a balcony with a sea view walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants and if you enjoy walking a lovely long walk into Eastbourne. We had a perfect week and loved it so much well definitely book to stay again.

Beautiful location and view. Well equipped and nice added touches such as books, dvds and games. Dining table area in living room and not easy to use without moving furniture. Cosy and comfortable and easy access to shops and restaurants in Sovereign Harbour.

Great position for a holiday in Eastbourne. Overhaul it was clean but needs some updating.

Loved this apartment, the best thing was seeing the sea view every morning. Its very spacious, and although kitchen small has everything you need. Loved the balcony's. Apartment block nice and clean. There is a co op 5 minute drive to the right, and left a lovely walk 10-15 mins to the sovereign harbor. Small caf opposite the Indian restaurant by hRead morearbor did a lovely breakfast all-day. Plenty of nice places to eat. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to come back. Hide

Leak in kitchen - support from company looking after property FANTASTIC! My fault for not checking when booking but property this price class should have a dishwasher. Property has allocated parking (it's being sold with a parking spot) but guests not allowed to use - very strange! Very warm and cosy place, great views of sea (will be blocked soon Read morewith an apartment block being built). Don't invite many people to eat, no real dining area as such, just a camp table and chairs. Did enjoy our stay Hide
