Located in a new village development, this property is just a few minutes’ walk from miles of soft golden sand at Camber Sands beach. Rye, an ancient cobbled street town, is just three miles away from the property and boasts plenty of cafes, restaurants and independent shops to browse throughout your stay.
On the ground floor there is an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. At one end you will find the contemporary kitchen, which has been decorated in a shaker style with pale cabinets, wooden worktops and a pretty window blind. Here you will find an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a separate room with a washer/dryer and separate ground floor WC. Once you have finished preparing your meals, head to the oak dining table, which seats four people, before retiring to the inviting lounge. This is a cosy space for relaxing in front of a film or enjoying a good book on the comfortable sofa. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-sized bed and matching bedside cabinets, while the double bedroom has been given a splash of colour through stylish cabinets.
