This breathtaking, modern cottage forms the perfect romantic base for couples looking for an unforgettable break together. Located approximately 1 mile from the centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Kent, this cosmopolitan area has a wealth of attractions to offer its visitors and we can guarantee that you will find an abundance of beautiful places to discover during your stay. The town itself is rich with museums, galleries, open-air cafes, independent boutiques, restaurants and bars which you can explore. Throughout the year, the town hosts a range of music and food festivals as well as artisan markets and theatre shows. During the summer months, you can stroll along The Pantiles, an elegant covered and collonaded walkway, and enjoy the free jazz sessions each Thursday. When the weather is fine, you can share a picnic in one of the many green spaces located in the centre of town, however, don’t let the weather dictate when you visit; this town is just as beautiful during autumn and winter as it is in summer.

With high ceilings, whitewashed beams, elegant arches and contemporary decor, the true beauty of this property has to be seen to be believed. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining space is dominated by bright white walls and curvaceous arches, and provides a welcome retreat in which to relax. The contemporary furniture creates a modern space where you can dine in style together or curl up and watch TV. The kitchen can be found through one of the arches and is fully equipped. Up the carpeted stairs to the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms – one king-size and one double – both elegantly decorated to a very high standard. The family bathroom completes this space.

Whilst the cottage does not have its own private garden, it does have access to 4 acres of beautiful, well-tended grounds.

The cottage is lovely, and is a welcoming space, with comfy beds and good supply of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. It is in a quiet, lovely location amongst private residents, and Royal Tunbridge Wells town centre and attractions are within walking distance. It has a good parking space for 2 vehicles. Kent and surrounding counties areRead more beautiful and full of National Trust properties/gardens and other beautiful areas and places of interest. We had 2 lovely meals at Mount Edgecombe Restaurant over the main road from the property. Will certainly return if we go to that area of the country again. Hide

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable cottage. Small things such as teapot and coffee pots were appreciated. The lighting in the bathroom could be better.
