Cottage is clean overall and kitchen well furnished. It is in a peaceful location and central to all the places we wanted to visit. The double bed creaks and will wake you up if the other person turns or moves There is no where to store clothes in the twin room

Beautifully quiet, situated at end of a lane so no passers by and no traffic. No lights at night except the security sensors. Weather not kind but cottage was warm so we (oldies) were happy to relax and wait. Full kitchen so were happy to visit Lidl and eat in. Plenty to do in area. Battle of Britain Memorial is close by, a great place to reRead moremind ourselves of how our boys in blue defended our island. It is FREE to visit too. All in all we had a good week. Many thanks to our host. Hide

Lovely cottage with a rustic feel. A few simple improvements as mentioned above would really make a positive difference. Great owner

We had a lovely 2 weeks stay at Walnut Cottage. The cottage was clean and tidy and well equipped. We enjoyed exploring Kent and can recommend the region as well as the cottage.

Great location, good to have two parking lots. For 6 people not really suited, the table is too small for so many eaters ! Quiet during the night, great to have BBQ possibility in the "garden".

The cottage is nice and clean. However, it took us some days to feel at home because we missed a homely touch.
