This eco holiday home forms part of a contemporary development offering stylish design in a fantastic location just steps from the popular Camber Sands beach. Offering the perfect base for those looking for a seaside escape.

Situated in the seaside resort of Camber Sands, just seconds from the sandy beach, the property is perfect for beach lovers, whether you enjoy swimming, sunbathing, beachcombing, or more active water sports. For a change of scenery, the historic town of Rye with its cobbled streets, is within a 20 minute drive with its independent boutique style shops, antique emporiums, art galleries and a plethora of eateries, including tearooms, pubs and fine dining restaurants. There is even a tiny, independent cinema where you may like to enjoy an evening out.

This three storey property is part of a pioneering eco development and has a contemporary feel. Entering the property into a hallway, turning right, you will discover the fun games room with irresistible ping pong table. Here you will also find the washing machine and freezer. There is also a ground floor bedroom with double bed and its own TV, perfect for a lazy morning or a late night film. The bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. Stairs lead from the ground floor straight into the open-plan living space with kitchen area. The lounge area is bright and airy, perfect for relaxing, with its sofa, chair and beanbags, and doors opening out onto the decking area. There is a TV with DVD player .The dining area has a family dining table for six. The kitchen area is small but well-appointed with microwave, fridge, dishwasher, oven, toaster and kettle. A few steps lead to the second bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has twin beds, and is a great space for kids, with its choice of toys and children’s books. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. Up the stairs to the stunning top bedroom with king-size bed, you will find a relaxing seaside retreat with its own private balcony, with seating area, an unbeatable spot for an early morning coffee.

The two decking areas, on the first and second floors are wonderful spaces to enjoy al fresco sundowners, and they are complemented by the development’s shared dunescape gardens, perfectly in-keeping with the local area.

Really close to the beach and lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Comfortable beds.

A spacious and well located property situated perfectly in Camber close to the beach and amenities. The bedrooms were well separated and, with 3 bathrooms, the property provided great privacy for all guests. Highly recommended!
