This converted former stable is set in the heart of the Kent countryside and close to the charming market town of Ashford, with the newly opened Curious Brewery and its wide range of designer shopping and eateries at the McArthur Glen Outlet Centre. Those looking for a spot of culture can venture to the nearby beautiful city of Canterbury renowned for its cathedral and connections to Thomas Beckett and Geoffrey Chaucer. If you’re a keen walker, the area has an abundance of footpaths for you to enjoy which criss-cross through the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with many village pubs providing a refreshing stop-off on the way.
Enter the cottage through the front door which opens into the welcoming open-plan living area. The lounge is cosy and comfortable with two sofas and an armchair for relaxing in front of the TV with DVD player. The well-equipped kitchen area provides an electric oven and hob, microwave, small fridge/freezer and dishwasher, perfect for whipping up a delicious family meal before sitting down at the dining table with seating for all. The cottage offers two bedrooms: a family room with a double and single bed, and a separate single bedroom. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom which has a shower over bath and a WC.
Outside there is a shared garden area with a patio table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a private parking space for one car.
