This contemporary beach house is located in a pioneering eco-development just minutes from the beach at Camber Sands. Camber is renowned for its wide expanse of golden sands, perfect for sunbathing, sandcastle building, and beach games. It is also a popular destination for water sport enthusiasts, with the opportunity to try out sports such as paddle boarding and kite surfing. Just a short ten minute drive away is the attractive town of Rye, with its harbour and pretty cobbled streets lined with boutiques, cafes, restaurants and historic pubs. The town is a pleasant place to wander around and even has its own bijou cinema, should you fancy a night out.
Arriving at this contemporary beach house, you will find a room with the washing machine and an extra fridge/freezer, as well as a large store cupboard. Tucked away, behind this room is a lovely bedroom suite with double bed, en-suite shower room and patio with a picnic table and BBQ. This room feels very private and separate from the rest of the house. Continuing onto the first floor to the open-plan lounge/diner, you will find comfortable seating for six, TV with DVD player and iPod dock. A selection of DVDs and board games are available. French windows lead from this area onto the large decked balcony with outdoor dining table and seating for six. Towards the rear of the room is the dining area, with its round dining table for six. The kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher is bright and contemporary. Taking the stairs to the second floor, you will come to the main bathroom, with a shower over the bath and a bedroom with twin beds and a selection of toys and children’s books. The master bedroom suite is located on the top floor of the house, with a king-size bed and comfortable sofa. French doors open on to your private balcony which has two chairs and is perfect for a nightcap or early morning coffee. The en-suite shower room is light and airy.
The property has two large decked balconies, both with seating. The development also has a communal dunescape garden. The property comes with one dedicated parking space and the possibility of an extra space which is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
