For wildlife enthusiasts, there aren’t many better choices; the area is packed with creatures of all shapes and sizes, and the nearby Cliffe Pools Nature Reserve offers even more insight into the animals you could catch a glimpse of. An abundance of trails can be found right on your doorstep, affording fantastic views across the pools and the River Thames. The ancient village of Cliffe has plenty of history to discover, whilst Rochester is also nearby and offers an array of shops and restaurants.

A single-storey property, this lovingly restored cart shed has retained many original features. The lounge/kitchen/diner is a wonderfully light, open plan area, with beams across that help echo the history of the building. The lounge area itself featuring comfortable seating and a TV, and the dining table is perfect for two to sit and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner together, whilst the kitchen comprises of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer, and has folding doors out onto the garden. Through to the bedroom, you will find a double bed (that can be made into twin singles on request) and a TV, plus the en-suite shower room with WC.

Outside, the property benefits from a terrace with seating and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining in the summer months or for enjoying a morning coffee out in the sunshine. There is also ample off-road parking available.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
