Stylishly decorated, this spacious family holiday home is the perfect base for all ages looking for an old-fashioned break by the sea. This fabulous beach house offers a tranquil setting and a cosy stay.

This stylish holiday cottage is located on a quiet development close to the beach at Camber Sands. Camber is the perfect location for a beach holiday, no matter what you like to do. Children will love the miles of golden sand, whilst adults will enjoy the chance to relax or try their hand at beach sports, including kite surfing. For those who want a break from the beach, the beautiful town of Rye is within a 15 minute drive and has much to offer to visitors, with its numerous independent boutiques and plenty of places to eat, from beautiful old pubs, to fine dining restaurants and cafe-bars.

On the ground floor of this bright and airy property, you will find the open-plan lounge with its huge corner sofa, TV, DVD and Blu-ray player - the perfect place to relax. The large kitchen area is well-equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is also a blender and food processor. The dining table comfortably seats six, but can fit eight if there are children in the party. There is a comfortable seating area next to the doors which open out on to the enclosed garden, as well as a WC on this floor. Take the stairs to the first floor, where all three bedrooms can be found. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV with DVD player and en-suite shower room. The second and third bedrooms each have twin beds which can also be made up as a king-size, should you prefer. The main bathroom is light and bright with a shower over the bath. There are many extra touches here, including a large range of baby equipment, including two travel cots, high chair and stair gate, as well as DVDs, games, a boogie board and an assortment of buckets and spades.

Outside the property benefits from a contemporarily styled garden which has a decked area, with outdoor dining furniture and loungers, as well as an oil drum barbecue. This area gives way to a delightful shingled area, giving a real seaside feel to the outdoor living space. There is parking available to the front of the property.


Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Our family of six have just returned from spending Christmas at the well appointed cottage which is five minutes from the beautiful beach with sand dunes and good walking opportunity. We all enjoyed our time there and agreed it was an excellent choice. Kitchen dining area is large enough to sit 6-8 although there are only enough beds for six.
