The house is ideally situated opposite the large beach at Camber Sands. Camber is a popular beach destination, as it benefits from a huge expanse of golden sands, particularly when the tide goes out. You will also find places to buy ice creams and drinks as well as beach paraphernalia. Nearby is the beautiful medieval town of Rye, which is a delight for those who prefer something different to the usual high street shops and chain coffee shops. Instead here are many lovely independent boutiques, cafe-bars and cosy pubs.
The front door of the property opens onto the hallway which leads directly to the well-sized lounge, with its three sofas, as well as extra chairs. There is a woodburner, bringing a cosy feel to the house in winter months and a TV, DVD player and iPod dock. The kitchen, which leads off from this room is well appointed and spacious, with patio doors leading to the large garden. In the kitchen you will find everything you need including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. To the rear of the property is a second lounge with a sofa and additional TV and DVD player. This room brings you to the dining area, which has seating for eight and a patio door which open out onto the decked area with additional seating for enjoying al fresco meals. Also downstairs is a utility room, with washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra fridge. There is a small room downstairs, where you can find a selection of toys, and games. On the first floor are two bedrooms which each have bunk beds and small wardrobes. The master bedroom has magnificent views across the dunes, and benefits from an en-suite shower room. There is a double bed, storage cupboards and hanging space for clothes. There is a further bedroom to the rear of the property with double bed and dressing table. The bathroom has a shower over bath.
Outside the property has a large, fully enclosed garden, with lawn and decked area which has seating for eight guests. To the front of the property is a large driveway with parking for four cars.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
