Stylish ground-floor apartment sleeping up to four guests in the popular seaside town of Whitstable on the Kent coast, with shops, eateries, and the beach within a few minutes’ walk.

This property is located in the heart of Whitstable: an attractive seaside town on Kent’s east coast. Known for its excellent range of pubs and restaurants, Whitstable makes a fantastic choice for those who enjoy dining out, particularly those who fancy trying the locally caught seafood, including the oysters for which the town is famous. As well as food and drink, Whitstable is also well-known for its range of independent shops, as well as the pretty beach, lined with colourful beach huts just around the corner of the bay in the Tankerton area of the town.

This ground-floor apartment is a great place for those who want to live like locals in this seaside town. On arrival, guests will come first to the tastefully decorated lounge which has a TV/DVD, access out to the garden, and a double sofa-bed which can accommodate two additional guests. The kitchen/diner has been finished in a similar low-key, chic style and is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, as well as a dining table. The bedroom is a restful double room, with a feature fireplace, a window-side dressing table, and its own TV/DVD. The bathroom, meanwhile, offers the best of both worlds with a free-standing bath as well as a separate shower unit and WC.

Outside, there is a shingled garden to the rear of the property, and a decked area to the side, furnished with garden furniture and a BBQ. There is off-road parking available, and two adult bikes for guests to use.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Perfect location in Whistable. Walking distance to beach and shops. You won't go hungry here. Lots of nice Cafs, micro pubs, restaurants and lots of independent shops. Harbour has craft 'sheds' daily. Beach Walk accommodation is perfect. Very roomy, clean, sunny decked garden, fluffy towels, we'll equipped. Brilliant.
