This stunning coastal cottage has been stylishly decorated and furnished to provide a calming space in which to relax after a long day at nearby Camber Sands. The pebbled garden makes a great spot to retreat of an evening.

You will find the property in a village-style development just moments from the beach at Camber Sands. Camber is a wonderful beach for families with its golden sands which stretch for miles, which will be heaven for children. But there is plenty for adults too, whether you are a sun worshipper, walker or adrenaline junkie. Within a 15 minute drive is the pretty historic town of Rye, which is fantastic for those who like nothing more than to spend a day wandering around quirky, independent shops and passing the time in cafe-bars or inviting pubs.

On arrival at the accommodation, you will be struck by the tasteful nautical style decoration, befitting of the local area. Entering into the airy hallway, you turn immediately left into the kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Also in the kitchen is a handy table, the perfect spot for a morning pot of tea. The living area is both a lounge and dining space, complete with TV and DVD player, as well as an iPod dock. Your dining area has table and chairs seating four. You can also find a cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms, both with zip-and-link beds, which can be made up as twins or super-king sizes. They both benefit from iPod docking station, so you can start the day with your favourite music. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

From the dining area are patio doors which lead to a decked area with seating suitable for enjoying an al fresco lunch. This decked area leads onto the pebbled south-facing garden area, a delightful space to enjoy the sun. The house has a carport for secure parking and an extra space for additional car, should you need it.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Nice well equiped modern terrace house. Small garden, dog friendly very near the beach and the best Pub in Camber for food (the owl).

Great situation, only a few minutes walk to the beach. Very quiet too, we heard almost nothing from neighbours and very little traffic noise. Comfortable and well equipped but a couple of cleaning issues that need attention (covers of furniture and mould in bathroom). Garden furniture is just about serviceable but in a pretty poor state too! OveralRead morel though, a decent, warm and comfortable place to stay in a lovely part of the world. Hide

We enjoyed our time at the cottage, the beds were very comfortable and cosy. The welcome pack was a lovely and appreciated. When you sit in the garden you feel you are at the beach. Great pub 5 mins away called The Owl with excellent menu. Good location for exploring.

The property is idea for couples or small families. It is very near to the beach if you use the short cut out the back of the property. There are two convenience shops but are limited to what you can get. The property has all mod cons and is very nice and clean inside. The welcome gifts are a nice touch.

The house had very well equipped kitchen and living room. No issue with hot water or any electricals. Takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach or nearest shops. The estate was quiet and clean. If one's looking for a relatively quiet place for holidays this is it.

Wonderful location close to the "sands". The house was really well equipped, stayed for two weeks and did not use many of the items included in the kitchen cupboards. Nice to find juice, cake & biscuits ready for us. The beds, pillows were comfortable, there was also a highchair, cot, stair gate in a upstairs cupboard. Space to park out-front & undRead moreercover around the back (that was useful as the seagulls stood on cars and messed many time on the roof!) Lovely having a downstairs toilet. Hide

The presentation of the house upon arrival was very good, we had everything we needed and the welcome pack was a nice touch. Girls enjoyed the games that were in the lounge cupboard. We would certainly stay again and have recommended the house to friends and family.
