This stunning coastal cottage has been stylishly decorated and furnished to provide a calming space in which to relax after a long day at nearby Camber Sands. The pebbled garden makes a great spot to retreat of an evening.

You will find the property in a village-style development just moments from the beach at Camber Sands. Camber is a wonderful beach for families with its golden sands which stretch for miles, which will be heaven for children. But there is plenty for adults too, whether you are a sun worshipper, walker or adrenaline junkie. Within a 15 minute drive is the pretty historic town of Rye, which is fantastic for those who like nothing more than to spend a day wandering around quirky, independent shops and passing the time in cafe-bars or inviting pubs.

On arrival at the accommodation, you will be struck by the tasteful nautical style decoration, befitting of the local area. Entering into the airy hallway, you turn immediately left into the kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Also in the kitchen is a handy table, the perfect spot for a morning pot of tea. The living area is both a lounge and dining space, complete with TV and DVD player, as well as an iPod dock. Your dining area has table and chairs seating four. You can also find a cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms, both with zip-and-link beds, which can be made up as twins or super-king sizes. They both benefit from iPod docking station, so you can start the day with your favourite music. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

From the dining area are patio doors which lead to a decked area with seating suitable for enjoying an al fresco lunch. This decked area leads onto the pebbled south-facing garden area, a delightful space to enjoy the sun. The house has a carport for secure parking and an extra space for additional car, should you need it.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

For this particular property there is a security deposit of £300 which is pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The amount of the security deposit is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Could be cleaner - mould on bath seal, food on placemats (? difficult to clean being bamboo). Beds comfortable. TV/media good, Netflix a hit with 6yr old. Bucket and spade useful. May need blackout blind if children like it dark. Supermarket a 15-20min drive away, but noticed neighbour had groceries delivered. Cottage short walk to beach. A lovely modern 'cottage' on a popular housing development - about 10 minutes walk to the beach (over a steep sand dune - can be a difficult climb if the sand is very dry). We arrived in the first June heatwave in over 40 years, but managed to keep the house comfortable! Very comfortable mattress on the very large bed, and lovely crisp cotton bed lRead moreinen. The presentation of the house upon arrival was very good, we had everything we needed and the welcome pack was a nice touch. Girls enjoyed the games that were in the lounge cupboard. We would certainly stay again and have recommended the house to friends and family.
