Decorated in calm, neutral tones, you will be able to relax and unwind in this delightful countryside setting. A charming modern property that was very comfortable situated in a very pretty village. Well located for a number of places to visit within 30 minutes drive.

Beautiful well equipped cottage in an extremely pretty little village. Comfortable beds with lovely bedlinen and soft white towels. It exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend.

Our family of 4 spent 5 days in this comfortable home. The house was much more spacious than expected and we felt immediately at home. Luckily we could enjoy the garden and the views from the back of the house were lovely. The village with its friendly pubs and walks straight from your door was a real plus. A very well laid out and comfortable cottage, ideal for a small family get together. The small enclosed garden made it perfect for a toddler and a dog, and there are lovely walks across the corn field to the river straight from the back gate. The cottage is well-located in the very attractive village of Smarden, plenty to do in the vicinity though Read morewe mostly enjoyed just relaxing. Modern well equipped. Comfortable beds decent sized twin beds all bedding lovely. Quiet location but very central to visiting all places of interest. The Flying Horse was a bonus with excellent food and friendly staff.

Lovely comfortable house in a beautiful village location. Everything you need for a relaxing break. Smarden is a beautiful unspoilt village with plenty to do in the surrounding area. Would certainly love to hire this house again.

lovely property and provided all the essentials for the break. Good living space and great bedroom sizes. Thoroughly enjoyed walking out the back gate into the meadows with the dogs.
