Sitting pretty in the beautiful High Weald AONB which is dotted with quaint villages and towns, enjoy a wonderful location just 3.5 miles from the beach at Pett Level. Warmed by a wood burner, the open-plan living space is a cosy haven in which to spend quality time together before and after days in the great outdoors.

Settle in this charming home which sits next to the owner’s property and has a tranquil ambience. The natural hues which flow throughout the living space are beautifully complemented by the natural light which floods inside and brings the room to life. The pretty panelled wall is home to a wood burner and the comfortable sofa invites you to put your feet up and unwind after delicious meals which can be savoured inside or out on your private decked area. End your day in the hot tub before sinking into the king-size (zip and link) bed. After a peaceful sleep, start your day with a coffee from the machine and a dip in the heated indoor pool.

Head to the coast and enjoy a day at Pett Level Beach (3.5 miles) where you can fill your time with sea swims, waterside walks and sunsets. 6 miles away, the cobbled streets of historic Rye are studded with antique shops, eateries and watering holes which are well-worth a visit and are great for date nights away from the kitchen.
