In this High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there are plenty of charming villages to be discovered, surrounded by miles of open countryside for keen walkers with or without dogs. The coast is also within easy reach, where guests can find both sandy and pebbled beaches lined with bustling seaside towns and villages.
Inside, the hallway opens into a very inviting lounge. With a low beam-lined ceiling, pretty windows with deep sills and a large inglenook fireplace housing an open fire, this is a cosy space in which to unwind on one of the comfortable sofas. The kitchen features a double oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and kitchen table to seat four. There is a separate utility room next door where the washing machine and tumble dryer are stored, plus a bathroom with bath and hand-held shower and WC. Upstairs, the first bedroom you encounter has a double bed and is a cosy hideaway with wooden floorboards, a cast iron bed, warm rugs and dressing table with mirror. The second bedroom is also a double and features a cast iron bed with bedside tables.
Outside, a quaint courtyard cottage garden acts as a peaceful sun trap in which to enjoy an al fresco breakfast or BBQ at the picnic bench or cafe-style table and chairs.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
