Tastefully decorated and furnished, this contemporary family holiday home located in the town of Rye, offers bright and airy accommodation in a convenient central location. It's ideal for a romantic couples break too.

This cottage is located in a gated mews development, with parking, in the town of Rye in East Sussex, which is known for its pretty cobbled streets lined with historic pubs, independent boutique-style shops and chic galleries. Within a ten minute drive of the property is the seaside resort of Camber Sands. This is a great place to spend a day, either paddling, building sandcastles or walking amongst the dunes.

From the front door, cross the hall to the lounge/diner. The lounge has comfortable sofas and beanbags, with a gas fire, TV and DVD. You can also find a sideboard here which has a choice of games, DVDs and books for guests to use. The dining area has a wooden table which seats four guests and French doors that open onto the garden. The kitchen is on the other side of the hall and has everything you will need, including electric oven, gas hob, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Stairs lead to the first floor, where each bedroom has its own separate landing to either side. The master bedroom has a double bed and is next to the main bathroom which has a shower over the bath. On the opposite landing is the second bedroom with twin beds and en-suite shower room.

To the rear of the property is a small private patio with garden furniture. There is a carport for a small sized car, but those with larger cars may need to use one of the nearby car parks, including Market Car Park which is just £1.50 per day, but is used for the market on Thursdays.

 

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

For this particular property there is a security deposit of £300 which is pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The amount of the security deposit is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
