If you are keen walkers, continue past Beachy Head and on towards the flood plains of Cuckmere Haven (9 miles). Eastbourne is only 2 miles away and well-served by public transport.

The flat is fine just a bit tight In places especially the bathroom. The courtyard would be a nice place to sit if the owner had the place cleared of weeds. Parking is a issue but on road parking always is.

Great apartment, ideal situation in lovely residential area. Parking permit was great to have. Local shops good. Bed comfortable, lovely to have outside space to sit, lounge/kitchen great for our needs. It was good to come back to after a day out and about. Good places to eat in the area and beyond. Plenty of walking both country and coastal.

The apartment is in a very good location for shops, restaurants etc. It was clean and comfortable. However it is very 'compact' so you need to pack light. It's not ideal if you want to do much cooking - the kitchen equipment is limited.

A modern ground floor flat situated in a quiet area 1.5 miles from the pier where I felt safe and comfortable. There are shops very close by so easy to self cater. Bathroom small and a bit awkward otherwise fine. Parking on road but permit provided.

Good location for local pub, restaurants, tea rooms, supermarket, all practically on the door step. Nice accommodation, clean and airy.
