A garden path leads up to this 17th century, Grade II listed cottage. On entering, turn immediately right to find the welcoming and cosy living area. The lounge area benefits from an inglenook open fire and comfy sofas. Leading straight into the dining area, with an elegant dining table, suitable for six. French doors open out onto the garden, allowing light to flood into the room. Back through the hall, you will find a door leading to a comfortable snug with two sofas, TV with DVD player and a selection of DVDs. A doorway leads into the large, tasteful kitchen with cosy underfloor heating and Aga-style oven and hob. You will also find a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The coffee machine comes with a selection of pods to start you off and there is a handy one and a half size butler’s sink. A breakfast bar seats two, but should you prefer to sit outside and enjoy the sun, a door opens out onto the garden dining area. The ground floor also has a useful cloakroom. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom has double bed, TV with DVD and radio. The second double bedroom has double bed and window overlooking the garden. A third bedroom has bunk beds and an additional single bed and is decorated simply yet smartly and is perfect for children. The bathroom benefits from underfloor heating, bath and separate shower.
