This stunning house benefits from the best of both the seaside and the countryside, just a few minutes’ walk from the expansive sands of Camber, the rear of the property looks out over the marshes, giving it a very rural feel. Camber Sands is one of the south coast’s finest beaches, popular with kite surfers and fans of other water sports, there is plenty on offer here. For families the miles of golden sand make for the perfect relaxed day at the beach. Nearby is the beautiful town of Rye, with its cobbled streets where you will find a large array of independent shops and pleasant places for a spot of lunch.
This stunning house is airy and spacious. The ground floor has two bedrooms, both of which have a double bed. There is also a utility room with washer, dryer and sink and a downstairs shower room. The real attraction of the ground floor is the games room with treadmill, ping pong table and pool table. Taking the stairs or lift to the first floor, a hallway leads to the living area. The sitting area has comfortable furniture, with TV, DVD player and games console. This part of the room has access to a spacious decked veranda. The dining area has a large ten person table. The kitchen is a wonderful space with island breakfast bar seating two. It is fully fitted with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine, as well as wall mounted TV and iPod dock. The master bedroom with en-suite spa bathroom is also on the first floor, with access to the large veranda. The king-size bed, and extra little touches such as the TV and iPod docking station make this room a tranquil haven. There are two equally well-designed further bedrooms, one with double bed and wall mounted TV, and the other with a zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as twins or a king-size) and TV. There is a shower room close to the bedrooms with a power shower.
Outside the property has even more to wow guests. Aside from the large first floor veranda, there is also a relaxing covered BBQ area with outdoor dining furniture and a large lawn with open views across the marshes. At the front of the property is ample off-road parking for three cars.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
