This beautifully decorated property is located just a few minutes’ walk from the large beach at Camber Sands, the perfect location for a seaside holiday. The beach goes on for miles, so even on busier days it won’t be too difficult to find a spot to yourself. There is an assortment of beach shops, stocking all your essentials, including buckets and spades, towels, inflatables and ice creams. All of this is practically on your door step.

This Camber Sands property is light and spacious, with contemporary styling. Younger guests will immediately make themselves at home as they discover the snug room, a great space for having fun, with its games console, Smart TV, DVD and Blu-ray player, as well as a range of games and books. Leaving the snug you will pass the WC on your way to the kitchen/diner with its large table, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Bluetooth enabled music system. Guests can also relax here on the sofa or chairs which look out over the garden. Taking the stairs to the first floor, you will find a spacious lounge with L-shaped sofa, as well as a sofa-bed which can be an extra sleeping space for occasional use. In this room there is a 3D Smart TV and DVD/Blu-ray player. Next door is the master bedroom suite, with its super-king-size bed, which can be converted to two single beds upon request at time of booking, and en-suite shower room. A second set of stairs take you to the upper floor where the second bedroom also benefits from a super-king-sized bed, which can be converted to two single beds upon request at time of booking. The third bedroom has two single beds (these can be made up to super-king bed with topper, on request at time of booking), each with their own resident teddy bear. The perfect child friendly holiday home with so much flexibility for the family.

The garden is accessed through the French doors in the kitchen, and is a contemporary space with a seaside feel. There is a decked area with furniture that gives way to a shingled space, perfect for setting up your sun lounger or enjoying an al fresco meal. The shed at the end of the garden houses a sun lounger, beach chairs, a picnic cooler and many beach toys and do feel free to store all your beach equipment throughout your stay. There are parking spaces for two cars.

We had a lovely stay at Daydreamer. Very clean and well presented. A great location too - easy walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the lovely Rye. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

A real home from home, this property has everything you could possibly want - comfortable beds, good quality towels and linen, piping hot water, efficient heating, a well-equipped kitchen, toys and books, a beautiful beach 5 minutes down the road and the quirky charms of Rye just a few miles away. We loved it!

This modern and comfortable accommodation is located only about half a mile from the beach, and an easy bike ride or walk which avoids the horrendous beach parking charges. The accommodation is very spacious and well appointed with all usual whitegoods provided. There are three good size bedrooms, one with ensuite, and two lounge type rooms with TVRead mores. There is rear access to the garden which facilitates bringing bikes. This was our second stay here - highly recommended. Hide

Lovely Cottage, perfect for families. Only a short way to the sandy beach. We took a nice walk to Rye and back during our stay -lovely old town.We didnt bring our dog but I think he also would have loved it.

This house is well situated for a great beach 5 minutes walk away. We had a dog and It was great he could go on some sections of beach. The village had a few places to eat, all within 10-15 mins walk although a little limited on choice. The house is extremely welcoming with well equipped kitchen, nice touch to have beach towels provided. Home was comfortable and welcoming. Beds amazing. Very generous hosts; provided us with toilet roll, washing up liq, dish cloth etc and a bottle of Prosecco. We were also given coffee pods for the machine if we wanted. We didnt want for anything. We stayed early April so couldnt make use of the outside dining area and facilities. This is a very comfortable holiday home. We found it spotlessly clean. It is a three storey town house, with the sitting room on the first floor, so as long as stairs are not a problem we would recommend Daydreamer as a place to stay. The walk to the sandy beach takes a few minutes but to walk to the 'dog friendly' parts of the beach took us about Read more15 minutes. A beautiful house, that has absolutely everything you can need. Bed linen and towels high quality, furniture and beds very comfortable. Short walk to the beach and a lovely pub with excellent food. Rye only a 10 minute drive which is a beautiful old town with plenty of restaurants, tea rooms and a great curry house ( mahdi lounge). Lovely and spacious house just a few minutes walk from the beach. Very well equipped - I was able to do all my cooking and was not missing any kitchen equipment at any point - and offers modern entertainment (smart TV/Xbox).
