This light and airy holiday cottage has been stylishly decorated and furnished in a relaxed way, offering spacious accommodation with stunning views along the Sussex coastline.

Located a five minute walk from the promenade and beach at St Leonards, this spacious property is the perfect base from which to enjoy a good old fashioned family seaside break. Take a stroll from the property to the trendy Norman Road area of St Leonards where there are a number of local galleries, restaurants and antiques shops or head east along the coast to reach the bustling Hastings town centre. A short drive will bring you to Bodiam Castle and Batemans, both National Trust properties, an array of local vineyards and beautiful gardens such as Great Dixter House and Gardens, Pashley Manor Gardens and Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens.

A traditional Georgian hallway welcomes you into this property and leads you through to the lounge which is beautifully decorated and offers two sofas arranged for enjoying family board games or chatting with a glass of wine and a further sofa which is perfect for watching the Smart TV. Continue along the hallway and down four steps into the kitchen/diner which is a light and airy space that leads out into the courtyard garden, there is a large dining table for enjoying family meals, and the well-equipped kitchen offers an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and washer/dryer. There is also a WC located on the ground floor. Stairs from the hall lead up to the first floor where there is a king-size bedroom with a TV, a single bedroom with an additional trundle bed (which can be made up on request), and access to the roof terrace for enjoying the wonderful sea views. This floor offers a shower room with WC and a family bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Head up further stairs to the second floor where you will find a sumptuous king-size bedroom with a roll-top bath where you can unwind after a long day sightseeing. This floor is completed with a twin bedroom with a TV.

Outside, there is a courtyard garden with a patio table and chairs, and a BBQ for al fresco dining, or relax and unwind on the roof terrace, enjoying the sea views and spectacular sunsets whilst enjoying a glass of wine at the bistro table and chairs. Parking is available outside the property for two hours or there is unrestricted parking close by (subject to availability).

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
