This pretty weather boarded cottage has been built with contemporary convenience in mind and offers a home-from-home experience in a fantastic seaside location. Just a stone's throw from the popular Camber Sands beach.

The property is a pretty weather boarded cottage close to the beach at Camber Sands. Camber Sands is a postcard perfect beach destination with golden sands that stretch for miles, as well as the opportunity to take part in an array of water sports. You will also find places to buy ice creams, as well as buckets and spades. Within a 20 minute drive, you can reach the interesting historic town of Rye, but don't expect the usual bland chain stores, here the shops are mostly independent boutiques, run by passionate owners. The town's restaurants and pubs are equally diverse and you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to lunchtime.

Entering the property, the small hallway leads on to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which has a cosy lounge area with sofa (which can be converted to a sofa bed for one guest at additional cost), TV and DVD player. Beyond this there is a dining area with table and chairs leading onto the kitchen. The designated cook never has to miss out on conversation, as the kitchen is integrated into the lounge area. It has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The ground floor is also home to a handy utility room, with washing machine and cupboards and a downstairs WC. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a double bed, TV, chest of drawers and hangers. The spacious and airy second bedroom, with its twin beds, will delight children as they have their very own TV and games console. This room also has a bedside cabinet and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom features a shower over bath, giving you the option of a quick freshen up or a nice relaxing soak.

Outside, the property has a small seating area, but please be aware this is not enclosed. Parking is provided for one car.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Please note there is a refundable £300 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

The cottage was very clean and tidy when we arrived and everything we required was available. We would stay in the cottage again as it had a lovely situation and outlook and the neighbours were lovely and very helpful.
