Ideal location for eastbourne with parking provided. Two pubs and a chinese in the village of meads, plus co.op and a tescos for any shopping. 5 min drive to beachy head, or can walkk to beach head from the cottage along the coast path. Good promanade work into the middle of eastboure.

I would highly recommend this property. It is in perfect location and a very short walk to the beach (5-10 minutes). It is in a lovely part of Eastbourne with plenty of shops nearby. The house has a lovely feel to it and there is a tiny charming courtyard too. Very clean with soothing decor throughout.

This property is in an amazing location and would book it again. The Meads in Eastbourne is delightful and everything is close by. Excellent. Well equipped and nicely decorated. Great to have the parking right outside. A new sofa would be lovely as we found this one rather soft and old for our bad backs. We'll be back again.

Lovely location, Meads Village is ideal for a leisurely walk into Eastbourne with a very good bus service back. Other than the above regarding the bathroom which is purely a personnel view, the property was a delight. We would certainly return.
