The open-plan living area of this stylish apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with a smart breakfast bar for your morning coffee, a contemporary dining table and chairs, and a relaxing lounge area. From the lounge, patio doors open onto a waterside balcony overlooking the marina where you can watch the yachts gently bobbing on the water. Sink back into the sofa and enjoy the fabulous view of the harbour while taking in the fresh air. In the evening, take a drink out onto the balcony and watch the twinkling lights reflected in the sea before retiring to bed. The master bedroom is spacious and characterful, with exposed brick and soft, muted decor.

The accommodation is perfectly placed for restaurants and local shops including Asda. Lovely walk along the promenade to Eastbourne, 3 miles to town centre, 4 miles to Beachy Head. Bus service from town to sovereign harbour.

The apartment is very nicely designed and fitted out, very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, with a lovely view over the marina, and within an easy 10 minute walk of restaurants and shops. The information supplied in the folder could have been more helpful, but apart from that, we were very happy with this property

Overall we had a great week and enjoyed staying in the accommodation. We would highly recommend this apartment - the location on the complex was very good and seemed much quieter than in other areas, which suited us.

Apartment is very comfortable and in a perfect location, with restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Unfortunately, we couldnt use the underground parking as the entrance was too narrow; our car was an average family saloon, so that was extremely disappointing. One of the reasons we booked this apartment was the secure parking with Read moredirect access via the lift. Hide

Spacious, well equipped, spotless, modern apartment with everything you need for a relaxing break. Marvellous view over the Marina. The whole Marina area is quiet and secure. Selection of restaurants and shops within walking distance with everything else a short drive away.

A super apartment in a super location! Everything you might need within a 10 minute walk. We really enjoyed the walk through the marina and along the beach front to Eastbourne Pier. Very bracing in April! 99 Bus service is very useful if you don't fancy the walk.
