Water-front apartment located within a prestigious development within Eastbourne’s bustling marina with it’s wide-range of restaurants and bars.

The fashionable style and marina-side location make this waterfront property a truly special place to stay. Those enviable views can be enjoyed from the light-filled lounge/kitchen/diner with its comfortable sofa, dining table, and patio doors which open onto a waterside balcony. If guests are able to tear themselves away from the views, they may like to relax in front of a film on the TV/DVD. Towards the rear of the room, the kitchen is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar with bar stools, which provides a second dining space. There are many restaurants situated on the same development as the apartment, however, for those who prefer to cook, the kitchen is equipped with everything they will need, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and airer. There is also a small office space situated off the hall.  A king-size room is the first of two bedrooms: a spacious room with an exposed brick wall, views over the harbour, and an en-suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom, meanwhile, is a restful twin room. The main bathroom offers a shower over bath and WC.

The apartment is very nicely designed and fitted out, very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, with a lovely view over the marina, and within an easy 10 minute walk of restaurants and shops. The information supplied in the folder could have been more helpful, but apart from that, we were very happy with this property

Overall we had a great week and enjoyed staying in the accommodation. We would highly recommend this apartment - the location on the complex was very good and seemed much quieter than in other areas, which suited us.

Apartment is very comfortable and in a perfect location, with restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Unfortunately, we couldnt use the underground parking as the entrance was too narrow; our car was an average family saloon, so that was extremely disappointing. One of the reasons we booked this apartment was the secure parking with Read moredirect access via the lift. Hide

Spacious, well equipped, spotless, modern apartment with everything you need for a relaxing break. Marvellous view over the Marina. The whole Marina area is quiet and secure. Selection of restaurants and shops within walking distance with everything else a short drive away.

A super apartment in a super location! Everything you might need within a 10 minute walk. We really enjoyed the walk through the marina and along the beach front to Eastbourne Pier. Very bracing in April! 99 Bus service is very useful if you don't fancy the walk.

This is a very comfortable place and centrally located to shopping, movies and walking to the beach. It is clean modern and fully equipped. And the owner is very nice and accommodating.

This is a lovely apartment overlooking the harbour with fantastic views. It is well furnished and spacious. Approx 3 mile, flat walk by the sea to Eastbourne. Sovereign Harbour is an ideal place to stay with restaurants and shops. We will return!
