The historic market town of Rye is only two miles away and is perfect for exploring local antique shops, and sampling the many tea rooms. For the perfect summer’s day head to the stunning sandy beach at Camber Sands – perfect for building sandcastles and paddling.
The front door of this cottage opens into a spacious hallway with space for dropping off shoes and buckets and spades. A door leads into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is bursting with contemporary charm. A large comfortable sofa and wing back armchair offer a comfortable place to sit and a TV/DVD ensures the whole family is entertained. A dining table and four chairs overlook the garden and the well-equipped kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC.
Patio doors open from the dining area onto a small enclosed garden with a patio table and chairs. There is unrestricted roadside parking opposite the property (subject to availability).
