This lovingly decorated family home,  set in a peaceful location is ideally suited for groups of friends and families wanting to explore the abundance of historic towns and Sussex coastline, and 15 minutes drive from Goodwood racecourse.

Ideally situated in a quiet rural setting in the pretty village of Funtington, within easy reach of Chichester, but also close to the coast making this a great place for exploring West Sussex. This central location is perfect for visiting Goodwood racecourse with its many renowned events such as The Goodwood Revival and the Festival of Speed. Chichester is renowned for its cathedral, the Chichester Festival Theatre and cosmopolitan shopping in its quaint cobbled streets. For those looking to explore the coastline, the beach's at Wittering and Bosham are just a few miles away. Keen walkers and cyclists can take advantage of the numerous footpaths and cycle trails in the local area and the village pub located at the end of the lane makes for the perfect reward at the end of long walk or cycle.

Step inside to the welcoming hallway where there is space for dropping off coats and shoes before heading through to the light and airy lounge. Heading outside from either the lounge or the conservatory leads you to a fully enclosed south-facing garden with a patio area and outdoor seating for all, there is a charcoal BBQ for a spot of alfresco dining on warm summer evenings. There is private parking for four cars at the front of the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
