We had a very enjoyable family Christmas here. Great location on the sea front, close to shops and the Old Town. Dog friendly. Lots of space, with comfortable bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Kate was welcoming and full of good advice.

This is a lovely building right on the sea front next to the pier. House was lovely and clean when we arrived and the owner was friendly and very helpful. Well set up for our 8 adults and 3 children. Main living room and dining area large and well appointed for those nights we chose to stay in. Parking is a pain as Hastings is very hilly and the caRead morer park is up a hill. No complaints and if we take the whole family on holiday to Hastings again would try for this house again. Would recommend. Hide

Fantastic location, super kind and thoughtful hosts and all around an amazing holiday! Would highly recommend this house to anyone keen for a low key beach holiday (which is also dog friendly)

The house was loved by the 4 children but the adults found that their sleep was disturbed as the large windows only had very light blinds etc. They also found that the living room after dark when the children were in bed was not a comfortable space to chill as there were no curtains and no side lamps. Although booked for 6 adults we only had 4 whicRead moreh was fortunate as the addition of two more would have put a real strain on the sleeping arrangements. We had a brilliant week - the house is huge, stylish and quirky, so everyone spread out and unwound. We walked onto the beach every day, explored the towns and watched the sea change from the living room.

Finding a holiday house for a large family needing at least 5 bedrooms and dog friendly is never simple. This house gave us just what we needed, well equipped, extremely comfortable and located right on the sea front. I n a year when no one wants to get in a plane, this had the lot. As a bonus, we had a heatwave week and the sea was like the CaribbRead moreean. Hastings beach was uncrowded - at times we were the only occupant for a km either way !
