300-year old converted stables located in Eastbourne Old Town, just a short distance from the town centre and 1.5 miles from the town’s wide beach and Victorian Pier.

A path leads past the pretty cottage garden to the front door, which opens onto the light-filled lounge where guests can make themselves at home on the inviting sofa and comfortable arm chairs, perfect to watch the TV or relax and enjoy the lovely views to the garden. An archway leads from the lounge through to the kitchen, where guests will find an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge. The washing machine, meanwhile, can be found in the shed in the rear garden. The shower room is also located on the ground floor of the property offering a walk-in shower and WC. Take the steep turned stairs to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms. The first of these is a pleasant double room, with a wrought iron bedstead and double wardrobe, and overlooking the pretty courtyard garden. The second bedroom is a restful twin room which overlooks the front of the property and has a double built-in wardrobe.
Outside, there is a courtyard garden to the rear of the property which offers garden furniture, allowing guests an attractive place to enjoy drinks during the warmer months. To the front of the property, there is a traditional cottage garden with a lawned area and well-tended flowered borders. There is unrestricted roadside parking available close to the property, subject to availability.
