The pretty medieval town of Rye, famous for its cobbled streets and smuggling stories is just 3 miles away and offers a wealth of independent shops, cafes, and restaurants in which to explore, whilst slightly further afield Hastings Old Town (8 miles) offers plenty of family seaside entertainment. There are many castles, gardens, and National Trust properties to visit in the area including Bodiam Castle (14 miles) and Great Dixter House and Gardens (11miles).
There are steps up from the parking area to the front door which opens into a light and airy lounge/kitchen/diner which has been stylishly decorated and offers dual aspect windows that ensure you can enjoy the glorious sea views at any point. The lounge area is cosy and inviting with a large sofa and two armchairs with a smart TV for you to curl up in front of and watch your favourite programme. For evening meals there is a large dining table with seating for eight where you can enjoy relaxed family meals that have been whipped up in the well-equipped kitchen. There is an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and a dishwasher. There are three ground-floor bedrooms, two king-size rooms, both offering beautiful sea views and one of which has an en-suite WC, and a triple bunk bedroom which has a smart TV.
