Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting ,once youve found the lane . My grandson spend ages every morning and evening talking to the horses in the next door field .take an outside toy lots of room to peddle up and down on the paved area outside the house while you sit in the sun Plenty to do in the surrounding area .

This lovely cottage is perfect for getting away from it all. The setting is quiet and ideal for reading and relaxing in the sunshine. The inside is spacious with comfortable sofa although the kitchen facilities are limited if you want to cook anything more than a fried breakfast. Ill definitely be coming back again.

Beautiful cottage, extremely clean and well maintained. The equipment was good quality. Comfort with the lounge and great bed comfort (had great night sleep) Views from the front were excellent but from the back Yuk, with weeds, stinging nettles etc.

The property was down a very long potholed track, we had a job to find it, directions were not very good. The inside of the property was comfortable, clean and good for wheelchair users with plenty of space, big bedroom and big wet room. The outside needed some attention, grass needed cutting and there were weeds everywhere on the shingle sitting aRead morerea and drive. Situated in a very peaceful and quiet location. Hide

A great place to stay. Off the beaten track in a very rural location. Accesed by an unmade track. 4wd is not essential but a low clearance sports car would not be ideal. Only a stable block in view from the front of the property. Water is collected from gutters a filtered for drinking. Water tastes great. the cottage itself was perfect and very peaceful, before we went I spoke to the owner and was told it was down a farm track - however when we arrived we found that the track was very potholed and nearly a mile long. I feel this should be made clear before booking as it would have put us off and perhaps others without a 4X4 car.

For splendid isolation, peace and quiet could not be beaten. It is beautifully centrally located for visiting most of Kent. Proximity to Tenterden great with shops, supermarkets (Tesco and Waitrose)

Once we found the property, after very poor and inadequate directions with no signage at all, it was indeed a peaceful spot . Internal facilities were fine but area surrounding the property was unattractive.
