This holiday apartment is spacious and bright thanks to the stylish interior design and attention to detail. Quiet and peaceful, it is nevertheless located right on the coast, and perfect for a seaside break.

Occupying a prime position on St Leonards promenade, this vibrant holiday apartment is the perfect choice for couples and families with older children looking for a traditional seaside getaway alongside modern home comforts. After games on the beach or a day out at a historic attraction, enjoy a relaxing soak outside bath with a glass of something fizzy.

 

The property is bursting with colour and quirky design features, making it stand out from the crowd. The open-plan living area offers ample seating, with a large comfy corner sofa overlooking the garden. Settle back for an evening of Netflix or Amazon Prime or listen to your favourite tunes through the Alexa speaker. Mornings are for fuelling up with freshly cooked eggs and toasted bagels at the breakfast bar ahead of a busy day of activities. Outside, there are two areas where you can relax. Steep steps lead from the lounge to a small decked terrace – perfect for soaking up the sun or dining alfresco. There's also a secluded courtyard with a outside bath for ultimate relaxation. Once your day is done, head downstairs to dive under the covers in the lower ground floor bedrooms.

 Due to the current Covid situation, the owner has replaced the hot tub with a round flower shaped bath with gold tap.

Stroll to the bohemian shops and cafes of Norman Road, less than 500 metres from the property, or walk along the seafront to the historic town of Hastings. See the first castle built by William the Conqueror, feel the sand beneath your toes on the beach or have lunch at a quirky pub in the old town. The local area is also home to several National Trust properties, vineyards and beautiful gardens such as Great Dixter House (13 miles), Bateman's (16 miles) and Pashley Manor Gardens (16.5 miles).

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lovely colourful arty flat, very close to the seafront. The owners had thought of all the little extras that you need when on holiday and provided these. The beds were very comfortable. Lovely bohemian flat close to St Leonard's with all its independent shops restaurants and a nice walk along the promenade to Hastings old town.

We stayed here for a week in mid September. What a lovely apartment beautifully decorated out with obviously a lot of thought. When we arrived everywhere was lovely and clean. Location was ideal just cross the road and youre on the seafront. Shower room has just been updated and was fantastic. Nice restaurants in walking distance.

We had a lovely family break with our dog here during August. The house is very well equipped with everything you could need for a family, it is a home from home. Plenty of cooking utensils provided, books, board games and fluffy towels. The property is right on the seafront and decorated beautifully whilst also feeling cosy and homely. We had a lovely time at Hunnerpaloo!! The rooms are beautifully decorated and the property is a stones throw from the beach. The shower room is amazing - its just too good to leave!! The kitchen has everything, and the very large fridge can fit more than needed for a weeks stay. We chose this apartment due to the location, right on the seaside, and we had a dog with us. It was ideal for what we were looking for. St Leonards-on-Sea is a great location and the apartment is ideally situated for short walks to the Old Town, Train Station and beach. The apartment is a duplex with good facilities. Owner went out of his way to ensure our holiday was good. Excellent location for the pier and lots of other little eateries within walking distance. Good comfortable bedding and lots of entertainment for children. Excellent wi-fi, plenty of seating. Enjoyed our stay, even in the rain!

Had a wonderful long weekend in the perfectly named Hunnerpaloo with a friend and teenage boys. Luxurious, well equipped fun and comfortable decor made relaxing after a perfect walk along the seafront a real treat, and a BBQ on the quiet deck under the trees was lovely.
