Beautifully decorated throughout, this holiday apartment is spacious and bright thanks to high ceilings and stylish design and being located close to the coast it’s perfect for a seaside break.

 

Located on the St Leonards seafront, this apartment is the perfect choice for couples and families looking for an old-fashioned seaside getaway. The Hastings pier is within easy walking distance and provides endless entertainment, while the bohemian shops and cafes of Norman Road are also close by. Hastings Old Town boasts quirky streets with a wide range of pubs, restaurants and shops. And, a short drive will bring you to several National Trust properties, local vineyards and beautiful gardens such as Great Dixter House and Gardens, Pashley Manor Gardens and Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens.

Leave your shoes, buckets and spades in the small hall before continuing through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. A large comfy corner sofa and an armchair overlook the terraced garden and are the perfect place for curling up to either watch the Smart TV or listen to music on the Alexa speaker. A small dining table and four chairs is perfect for evening meals, while the kitchen has been equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, small fridge/freezer, washing machine and coffee machine. The ground floor also offers a separate WC. Stairs from the hallway lead down to the lower ground floor where there are two sumptuous bedrooms, a king-size, and a double with additional single bed that can be made up on request. Completing this floor is a shower room with shower and WC.

Outside there are two areas in which to enjoy spending time, a door from the lounge leads out to some steep steps and a small terraced garden which is a wonderful sun trap where guests can enjoy a morning coffee, and a door from the double bedroom leads out into a small secluded courtyard where guests can enjoy the use of a Lazy-Z-Spa or a spot of al fresco dining with the BBQ and the table and chairs. Parking is available outside the property (local charges apply) or there is unrestricted parking is available close by.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
