Located on the St Leonards seafront, this apartment is the perfect choice for couples and families looking for an old-fashioned seaside getaway, with all of the modern luxury comforts. Both Hastings Pier and the Castle are within easy walking distance and provides endless entertainment, while the bohemian shops and cafes of Norman Road are also close by. Hastings Old Town boasts quirky streets with a wide range of pubs, restaurants and shops. And, a short drive will bring you to several National Trust properties, local vineyards and beautiful gardens such as Great Dixter House and Gardens, Pashley Manor Gardens and Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens. The apartment is also only 5 minutes stroll from the Goat Ledge beachside café (a perfect place to enjoy a sunset), and there are sea kayaks available to hire nearby.
Leave your shoes, buckets and spades in the small hall before continuing through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. There is ample seating on the large comfy corner sofa and an armchair overlook the terraced garden and are the perfect place for curling up to either watch TV Netflix or Amazon on the 50’ screen or listen to limitless music on the Alexa speaker. There are four bar stool around the breakfast bar, or a small dining table and four chairs can be pulled out for evening meals. The kitchen has been equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, small fridge/freezer, washing machine and coffee machine. The ground floor also offers a separate WC. Stairs from the hallway lead down to the lower ground floor where there are two sumptuous bedrooms. There is the sanctuary of a quirky king-size bedroom with opulent styling, and a further bedroom with a double bed that can be made up as a twin on request. Completing this floor is a shower room with shower and WC.
Outside there are two areas in which to enjoy spending time relaxing after a busy day on the beach. A door from the lounge leads out to some steep steps and a small decked terrace, which is a wonderful sun trap with outdoor seating where guests can enjoy a morning coffee or a BBQ for eating al fresco. Leading from the second bedroom, there is also a small secluded courtyard, where guests can enjoy a relaxing hot tub and jacuzzi in the Lazy-Z-Spa. Parking is available outside the property (local charges apply) or there is unrestricted parking is available close by, subject to availability.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
