Stylishly decorated throughout, this quaint seaside property has been thoughtfully designed to provide home-from-home accommodation in a wonderful coastal setting a few minutes walk away from Camber Sands.

This seaside style property is located on a quiet development in the seaside resort of Camber Sands. Camber is one of the South East’s most popular seaside locations and rightfully so, as it has so much to offer. Unlike most of the beaches in the area, Camber offers a huge expanse of golden sand making it popular with families. If sandcastles aren’t your thing, why not try your hand at some of the water sports on offer, or perhaps even kite-buggying? For those looking for a change of scenery, the historic town of Rye with its many restaurants, bars and independent shops is within a 15 minute drive of the property.

Enter this stylish property through the entrance hall, which brings you to the bright, contemporary lounge, which has a large sofa, chairs and plenty to entertain guests, including TV, DVD player, iPod dock and games console with games. The open-plan kitchen/dining room is next door to the lounge and has everything you need, an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee table and washer/dryer. The dining table comfortably seats six and is next to French doors which open out onto the garden. There is also a downstairs WC. Upstairs you will find the bedrooms. The master bedroom suite has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite shower. The second bedroom features a double bed whilst the third bedroom is a single, however both rooms have a chest of drawers and valet stand. The bathroom is contemporarily decorated and has a shower over the bath.

Outside the property has a good-sized garden, mainly set to shingle, with a decked area outside the kitchen’s French doors which has a wooden table and chairs. There is a parking space provided with the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Please note there is a refundable £300 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

  • Three bedrooms: One king-size bedroom, one double bedroom and one bedroom with one single bed
  • Two bathrooms: One family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin. En-suite shower room with WC and basin. Downstairs utility room also has a WC and basin.
  • Two small or one large dog welcome
  • Wi-Fi available
  • Flat screen 40" TV with YouView, Netflix, BT Sport and iPlayer
  • DVD and Nintendo Wii and iPod dock
  • Electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine and fridge/freezer

Our kiwi family had a very enjoyable stay at this holiday rental. The place was set-up well and we wanted for nothing. The place was as in the photos and everything promised such as high chair and porta cot was available for us to use. Just a short walk to the beach with eating places within walking distance. Would come again.

This is our first time in Camber and our first holiday with our puppy Bronte. It did not disappoint, you really thought of every detail down to the superb cooling bag, beach bag with blankets, windbreaks and sun tents. We have had mixed weather but had a couple of fantastic days on the beach and pottered around the eclectic Rye! Also spent a few houRead morers at Dungeness Beach and Hastings for an explore. We travelled up to Dymchurch where we experienced a truly full on summer storm and got locked in the arcade until it passed. They had to switch everything off for safety! We can recommend the Green Owl (dogs welcome, advise booking) The Rye Bay also. We had a lovely tapas lunch in the Old Bell Inn at Rye and also a fish and chips lunch at The Pilot Inn at Dungeness. We have left some fresh coffee on the top shelf for future guests. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we have! We must now return to our real lives in Accrington, Lancashire and hopefully see some more summer? Thanks for sharing your home from home. Hide
