See above. I would have liked to see some soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Also, we only found some books in a cupboard once we were leaving so perhaps the Owner can give some details of what there is in the accomodation. It took ages to work out how to play the DVD player! We wanted to take away some cider but they had run out! The positives abovRead moree outweigh the negatives but the bedroom size is a problem. Hide

Lovely views from the decking, looking over Bodiam Castle which is very nearby. The location was peaceful and perfect for our anniversary. It was nice to see the farm animals over at the HUB too!

The caravan was quirky and comfortable. Location is terrific and The Hub is sensational- great coffee, cocktails and bacon sarnies. John suggested some great pubs for food and there are so many beautiful places to visit in the area.

The weather was terrible, but the caravan was comfortable and peaceful. The verandah was ideal- we sat outside even when it was raining. This is a beautiful part of Sussex, with lots to see and do.

Great views from The Lady Jane with the castle to view every day. The gardens are well kept with plenty of walks. Only found one local pub The Castle which was walkable but there were others around. The bed was awkward as it was enclosed by 3 side so had to clamber over my wife if I needed to get up.For us we would have liked better pillows. OutsidRead moree a couple of fold up sun beds would have been useful so we could sit out in the gardens. A shop selling bread, milk, bacon etc and a newspaper needed Hide

The van was beautiful, there was a full size fridge freezer (not as the description) which was great. Very retro and in an amazing location and our two Norfolk Terriers loved it. The original double-bed was comfortable, but one-side is against the wall! There are lots of original features but mod-cons like electricity and central heating. The amaziRead moreng veranda looks across to the Castle and there is loads of room. It was very clean, dog friendly and Farmer John is lovely, try his cider !! Hide

The accommodation was a camper van but it was too small for two dogs. The view was amazing. There was a pub nearby (15 min walk) but also a cafe on the site that served sandwiches and breakfast. It was a good location to travel around East Sussex.
