Refurbished in a unique style this well-appointed stylish holiday home is just moments away from Camber Sands beach. Offering beautiful seaside accommodation, makes this a great choice for groups and families.

Located just a stone’s throw from miles of soft golden sand at Camber, this property is the perfect base from which to explore the local area. Perfectly placed for families, children and dogs will enjoy making the most of the beach’s swimming spots during the summer. A perfect getaway for couples too as three miles away the ancient seaside town of Rye boasts a selection of independent pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops, which offer freshly caught seafood and collectable antiques, and for those looking to explore further afield there is an abundance of castles, gardens, and family attractions to visit including Bodiam Castle, Great Dixter House and Gardens, and Port Lympe Safari Park.

The property itself is really something to behold and a striking proposition from the outside with black cladding enveloping the building. The accommodation is spacious and open-plan offering a stylish lounge area with a large comfy sofa, stylish retro chair, and Smart TV. The kitchen area is a beautiful space in which to prepare dinner and includes all of the contemporary fittings and high-quality appliances you could wish for including a gas Range hob and double oven and grill, dishwasher, two under counter fridges, and a chest freezer located in the pantry. This is complemented with striking furnishings and stunning lighting. Dine together around the large table at dinner after a busy day at the beach, before letting the teenagers head up the spiral staircase into the mezzanine den area where there are a selection of bean bags and board games to keep them entertained. When night falls, there are three beautiful king-size bedrooms with Smart TVs to choose from, two of which have an en-suite wet room with shower and WC. A further wet room with shower and WC completes the property and a discreetly hidden cupboard behind the wooden cladding provides access to the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, bi-fold doors lead out to the secluded beach garden, cleverly designed with a weathered timber deck for enjoying family BBQs and soaking up the sunshine. A separate cabin offers a separate chill out area that can also double up as a cinema room with large Smart TV and a sleeping platform, there is also an en-suite wet room. Get the family together for a game of table tennis before stepping into the hot tub to unwind from the day with a glass of something chilled. An outside shower also offers a handy spot to wash off those sandy toes after spending the day at the beach and at the front of the property is private parking for three cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

This is such a great place. Bold design choices make it a change from the usual coastal themed holiday cottage. It is literally minutes' walk to the beach which has the advantage of lifeguard attendance and there are several eating options and a convenience store at the end of the road. Highly recommended - we will return
