This stunning converted coach house has access to an outdoor heated swimming pool and has been stylishly decorated and furnished throughout for memorable getaways with friends or family.

Situated close to the quaint Kent village of Goudhurst, which boasts independent shops, cafes and restaurants along with spectacular views across the Kent Weald, this property is perfect for foodies and walkers alike. The Kent and East Sussex coast is within easy reach and boasts sandy and pebbled beaches, lined with charming seaside towns and villages. Guests can also explore Tunbridge Wells with its wide range of shops and places to eat, Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens and many other National Trust properties and vineyards this area has to offer.

Enter the property into a light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner area with fantastic panoramic views across the garden and countryside beyond. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There is a dining table and chairs for four people and an area for relaxing in front of the wood burner which has a comfy sofa and two armchairs, perfect for enjoying the fantastic views or listening to music on the Bluetooth speaker. The separate utility room leads off from the lounge area and has a washing machine, freezer and leading off this is the downstairs WC. A hallway leads to the cosy lounge area with Smart TV/DVD, sofa and two armchairs, a great place for relaxing with the family. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request), with en-suite shower room and WC and a double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Both bedrooms have fabulous views to the countryside beyond.

Patio doors open from the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and lead onto a decked area with a table, chairs and BBQ. At the end of the pretty garden there is direct access to the owners’ swimming pool (which can be used by arrangement with the owner from May to September). At the front of the property is off-road parking for two cars.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
