I have not stayed in more comfortable self-catering holiday apartment EVER! Quality equipment/furnishings, great buzzy location, live music downstairs at the w/e, but if you had any sense youd be down there too. Parking a bit of an issue outside the apartment, but free in Saffrons Road just around the corner. Property very well situated for town and beach. Very comfortable stay with all the equipment & facilities needed & some nice quirky touches We did have a couple of issues & contacted holiday company - a visit was arranged swiftly & all issues resolved promptly (heating problem /cleaning). Had a lovely stay due to the fab location in the heart of Little Chelsea. The lounge was cosy but the kitchen and bathroom were both quite run down.

This apartment, in its very central location, offers everything one might need for a break. It also has the benefit of outdoor space. For me, this was a trip down memory lane as my grandparents used to live just close to Meads. It was wonderful to go back to the village and also to see that it is still possible to buy fresh fish on the beach. My grRead moreandfather used to use South Street as a short cut and all those years ago it was a street with varied and interesting shops. Little has changed. Hide

Great location for all Eastbourne has to offer. Very comfortable lounge area with Netflix and free view if you want a night in after the excesses on the beach. Having parking permits included (you must request this when booking) is an added bonus. Great patio area off the bedroom, for late afternoon sun. Great apartment in a super location at the heart of Little Chelsea. Best equiped property we have been too, everything we needed was there. It was very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the flat. It is nicely furnished and kitchen well equipped and heating worked well. A great location with independent t shops and restaurants' near by and easy walking to the sea. Important to have parking permit for car which can be included in the price. Would be very happy to stay here again.

The apartment is spacious, very comfortable and well equipped. We particularly liked having an outside terrace and lovely small garden to sit in. The location, above a shop, is situated in the heart of Little Chelsea with lots of surrounding cafes, restaurants and independent shops. We really liked the area. It's also an easy walk to the centre of Read moretown and the seafront. Hide

Explain you don't need parking permit on a sunday as you end up 1 short as only provide 6 and need 7! We had a good 15min walk looking for a free space!
