Renovated in December 2018 the apartment is situated in Eastbourne town centre, in the Little Chelsea area with its reputation of being the artisan area of the town. Boasting a fantastic range of bars restaurants and many local independent shops, it is the ideal place for enjoying a spot of lunch after browsing the shops. Keen theatre goers can enjoy a wide range of shows at the many theatres located nearby and the beach is within walking distance. Enjoy exploring the National Trust Visitor Centre at Birling Gap and the South Downs with its wide range of cycle paths and foot paths, great for keen walkers. The nearby towns of Hastings, Bexhill and Brighton make for great days out and other attractions nearby include Drusillas Park, Beachy Head, and Herstmonceux Castle.

From the entrance hall, go upstairs to this split-level first floor apartment you’ll find the light and airy open-plan lounge/diner. In the lounge area, after a busy day exploring snuggle up on two comfortable sofa and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime channels. The dining area has a dining table that can seat four people for those evenings you’d rather stay in and cook. The bright kitchen area is well-equipped with everything that guests will need for their stay including an electric oven and hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. This apartment has two bedrooms, the first a bright, relaxing king-size. Accessed down four steps you will find the second bedroom which is a single with an additional pull-out single bed and the bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Outside the property you will find roadside parking, subject to availability, one permit is provided.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

great location and property to stay had all the equipment needed, quiet and walkable distance to all requirements. even though car parking was based on a permit we didn't have problems finding a space. the property has ample space and storage too, would recommend.
