This split-level first floor apartment is bright and airy, with light walls creating a backdrop to the decorative wall hangings. Large windows open the way for plenty of natural light to enter the lounge/diner area, making it a great room for socialising. Tuck into a homecooked meal around the dining table or snuggle down for the evening with a glass of wine and a film on the Smart TV/DVD. Thoughtful extras such as the Nespresso coffee machine ensure this property is a delight to stay in, so make the most of it and wake up to a coffee before heading out for the day.

Independent shops, cafes and an art gallery can all be found within the Little Chelsea area of Eastbourne. Less than a mile away you'll also find Eastbourne Pier, Floral Carpet Gardens and the bandstand all set along the shingled beach front. Set on the South Downs National Park. the iconic white chalk cliffs are well worth the visit.

Comfortable warm flat. Try and park outside house to unload before parking up behind the house as its quite a drag bringing the luggage round from car. Good location to town centre, with just a few minutes walk away from shops and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to see front. Good train and bus services. Enjoyed visits to Brighton and Rye. Ideally situated near the centre of Eastbourne within easy walking distance of the railway station. Close to shops and many excellent restaurants and gentle walk to seafront. Well equipped flat which is beautifully furnished providing all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Parking for one small car in mews behind flat. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our week long stay. The accommodation was very comfortable and the lounge light and airy. We did find traffic noise,especially in the evenings when sat in the lounge area a little annoying. However, very quiet in the back bedroom, so a good night's sleep is assured. A clean, modern apartment which is perfectly situated for all amenities in Eastbourne. Only a short walk from the seafront, town centre and the train station. This is a great flat in an excellent position for the beach, town centre and park. The parking space is small, but a real asset as parking in Eastbourne can be difficult. Great for the dog too. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

great location and property to stay had all the equipment needed, quiet and walkable distance to all requirements. even though car parking was based on a permit we didn't have problems finding a space. the property has ample space and storage too, would recommend.
