It has a fantastic range of bars and restaurants and over 50 local independent shops within a short walk of the apartment and the beach a little further away but still within walking distance, is home to the nineteenth century Wish Tower with its cafe and sun lounge. Keen walkers can enjoy visiting the National Trust Visitor Centre at Birling Gap and exploring the South Downs with its wide range of cycle paths and footpaths. Other attractions in the area include the Towner Art Gallery, Drusillas Park, Beachy Head, and Herstmonceux Castle.
