Located in the bewitching Rye Harbour, this beautifully decorated old fisherman’s cottage exudes charm and style throughout its clever combination of original and contemporary features throughout every room.

This pretty 19th century cottage is located in the village of Rye Harbour, a quaint fishing village on the Sussex coast. The village benefits from a popular gastro pub, an RSPB nature reserve and shingle beach. Within a five minute drive or 15 minute cycle of the property is the beautiful historic town of Rye, with its cobbled streets filled with boutique shops, chic cafe-bars and galleries. There is even a tiny cinema here, making it perfect for a night out.

Enter this stunning property straight into the lounge with its comfortable sofas and woodburner. This room is beautifully styled in the property’s signature muted colours, which lend it a relaxing, understated feel. The kitchen/diner has a dining table which comfortably seats six and features bi-fold doors which open onto the contemporary decked area. The kitchen itself has everything you will need including electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is a downstairs shower room with large walk-in shower. Stairs lead to the first floor where you will find the property’s two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed as well as an additional trundle bed, suitable for a child, whilst the second bedroom has a small double bed.

The property’s garden is a decked area, with outside furniture and BBQ. Walking across the decked garden you will come to the property’s hidden gem, an outdoor games room with table football and darts board. Guests young and old will find it hard to resist having a game.
