This light and airy three storey townhouse has been stylishly decorated and furnished in a relaxed way, offering spacious accommodation in the pretty town of Ramsgate in Kent and close to beach. With its wide range of independent shops, pubs and restaurants and just moments from The Royal Harbour, Ramsgate is ideal for a family getaway. The property is within easy reach of the nearby towns of Broadstairs (2 miles) with its beautiful sandy bays and connections to Charles Dickens, and Margate (4.5 miles) with the recently restored Dreamland theme park and Turner Contemporary Gallery. For keen walkers and cyclists take a stroll or cycle along the Viking Coastal Trail which runs from Ramsgate around the Kent coastline to Herne Bay to savour the very best of the Kent coastline. For a spot of retail therapy visit Westwood Cross (2 miles), one of Europe’s largest retail parks.

Enter the hallway where you can drop off your coats and shoes and head into the cosy lounge which boasts comfy seating, a Smart TV and French doors out into the small courtyard. Across the hallway is the kitchen/diner which is fully equipped with everything you will need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a dining table with seating for all. The ground floor is completed with a cloakroom with WC. Heading up to the first floor you will find the first two bedrooms. One of which is a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with a Smart TV and French doors that lead out onto a balcony where a small bistro table and chairs offering the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cuppa and watch the fishing boats sail into the harbour with their catch of the day. The second bedroom on this floor is a king-size with Smart TV and they both share the family bathroom which has a shower over bath and WC. Heading up the second floor you will find the remaining two bedrooms, a double with an en-suite shower room with WC and a triple room that has a king-size bed and a single bed, and both offering Smart TVs.

Heading outside, there is a small courtyard with a bench and a balcony on the first floor with a bistro table and chairs. The Liverpool Lawns Park is within sight of the house and it offers a great space for children to play or walk the dog.

A lovely house in a great location. The smallest bedroom is a little too small for a double bed but other than that the house was very comfortable for the 5 of us that visited and we had a lovely stay.

I loved this house. It was so pretty and bright, peaceful and extremely clean. a very short walk to the little harbour and places to eat.. nearby to the town centre with some lovely and interesting shops. the house has true charm and the location is great.

This cottage cost more than my original budget but was worth every penny. It is a lovely property, comfortable and well equipped in a central location. We always managed to find free parking close by. My young grandchildren really appreciated the TV's in the bedrooms and easily managed the walk to the beach and shops.
