Rye is a delight, with cobbled streets lined with independent shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants and pubs.
On the ground floor of this stylish property, guests will find the stunning open plan kitchen/diner. This is the hub of the house, with large dining table, sofa, kitchen and large bi-fold doors opening up to the large garden. The luxurious master bedroom with king-size bed, under-floor heating and en-suite shower room with large walk in shower and WC also has direct access to a well equipped nursery with cot and changing table. The nursery can also be accessed from the sitting room. Two further bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one with a king-size bed offering lovely views over the lawned garden and the other a spacious twin. Upstairs is a large double bedroom and spectacular Juliet balcony overlooking the garden.
