This chic holiday home offers spacious open-plan accommodation that invites the outside in during the summer and provides cosy evenings in by the woodburner in winter. It's a great place to spend time away next holiday.

This beautiful seaside-style property is located in the seaside resort of Camber Sands, with its wide expanse of sandy beach. Camber is a popular destination for families, with ample space to build sandcastles, paddle in the waves and play beach games as well as to try out kitesurfing or paddle boarding. Not to be missed is the historic town of Rye, which is located within a 15 minute drive of the property. Rye is a delight, with cobbled streets lined with independent shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants and pubs.

On the ground floor of this stylish property, guests will find the stunning open plan kitchen/diner. This is the hub of the house, with large dining table, sofa, kitchen and large bi-fold doors opening up to the large garden. The kitchen has everything that you would expect from such a high-quality home, including a large double induction oven with hob, and work tops. There is a washing machine which is housed in the separate utility room. On the other side of this space is the cosy lounge with woodburner. With its TV, DVD and comfortable seating, this is a wonderful place to enjoy a quiet night in. Off this room is the children’s playroom, which is well-stocked with toys and games and has its own TV and DVD. The luxurious master bedroom with king-size bed, under-floor heating and en-suite shower room with large walk in shower and WC also has direct access to a well equipped nursery with cot and changing table. The nursery can also be accessed from the sitting room. Two further bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one with a king-size bed offering lovely views over the lawned garden and the other a spacious twin. Upstairs, located in the eaves, is a large double bedroom and spectacular Juliet balcony overlooking the garden. In addition to the family bathroom with shower and WC, there is also an additional shower room with WC which can be found off the utility room. Sofa bed available at an additional charge. 

The property’s garden is just as stunning as the house and features a generously proportioned decked area which leads straight off from the rear of the property. The rest of the garden is set to mature lawns and provides ample space for children to play games. There is plenty of parking space.
