Located just a stone’s throw from miles of soft golden sand at Camber, this property is the perfect base from which to explore the local area. Perfectly placed for families, children will enjoy making the most of the beach’s swimming spots during the summer. Three miles away, the ancient seaside town of Rye boasts a selection of independent pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops, which offer freshly caught seafood and collectable antiques, and for those looking to explore further afield there is an abundance of castles, gardens, and family attractions to visit including Bodiam Castle, Great Dixter House and Gardens, and Port Lympe Safari Park.

Step inside the front door and be welcomed into the light and bright kitchen/diner offering a great space for family entertaining. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Enjoy listening to music on the DAB radio whilst you prepare meals, before sitting down with the family at the dining table that can seat six. A door leads out from the dining area onto the ground floor patio. Stairs from the hall lead up to the first floor where there is the spacious lounge with large French windows opening onto a balcony, this is an airy space to relax all year round and enjoy a DVD or play one of the board games available in the property after an evening meal. At the rear of the lounge children will love their own play area complete with a desk and stools, the perfect spot to catch up on some drawing. On the second floor there is a triple bedroom and a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. On the third floor you will find the king-size bedroom, with en-suite shower and WC, and French windows out to a balcony area with two chairs.

A door leads out from the ground floor dining area to patio with picnic table and seating for six, perfect for a summer BBQ overlooking the dunes. From the master bedroom guests can step out to a small balcony with two chairs for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. There is private parking for one car and an additional visitors permit is available for one car.

Moontide is a great holiday house, with great style and quirky character, which is well equipped and brilliantly located. It is situated just 2-3 mins away from the beach if you are happy to cross the road and go over the steep dunes, or 5 mins to walk down to the end of the road and take the gentler route!
