Extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen. Beautifully laid out, very clean and comfortable and well maintained. A good location with great views. Pub and restaurant within a 15 minute walk. Highly recommend Number 98, and we've already booked again for next January!

I love this place! Its my favourite go to location when I need some R&R. The place is perfectly located to the beach for a wonderful walk and sunrise and sunset views and also to the near tourist attractions like Rye and Dungeoness.

This really has the 'wow' factor. We've stayed in lots of holiday homes and have had a rental ourselves so understand how difficult it is to please everyone! We what can I say the whole place is excellent, more so if like us you have hounds. I wish more holiday homes had such a secure garden as this one. Total peace of mind if you let them out in the dead of night. And the beach in what ever weather were they can run and play.

Excellent location for beach and activities, lovely house with amenities. Disappointed by rear garden as the lawn area is rough, uneven wild grass and wild flower area not as shown in advert for property which looked ideal for children and dogs to play.

This is a really lovely, well equipped house with sea views and is ideal for multi-generational families to take a holiday together. The wide, unspoilt beach is minutes away form the house and the large garden and railway track running past the bottom of the garden provide hours of entertainment. We can't recommend it more highly.

Stunning house right across the road from the dunes and a beautiful beach - very wide with lovely soft sand but beware the windy days! Although we did enjoy watching the kite surfers from the big window upstairs. You must not miss a trip on the RHD railway which toot-toots as it passes the bottom of the garden!
